What to do in the event of an accident ?

In the event of an accident please remember to obtain the following information:

• Time, date and place of accident including road names
• Other drivers name, address, telephone number and insurance details
• Other driver’s vehicle details including registration number, make, model and colour
• Details of any witnesses that may have seen the accident
• Police reference number if they attended the scene

Where possible take photographs of the accident location, showing the position of the vehicle, including the areas of damage to each vehicle and of their number plate.

Where the other driver fails to stop, note down their registration number and immediately report it to the police.
